Warranty Policy

PhucMinh.Shop is a browser extension that can be installed on various internet browsers, including Google Chrome, Coc Coc, Opera, and Microsoft Edge. Please note that PhucMinh.Shop is NOT the manufacturer or distributor of the goods, and therefore is not responsible for product warranties.

You will be purchasing products directly from reputable foreign e-commerce sites. Many brands have global warranties. PhucMinh.Shop recommends that you carefully read the product warranty policy before making a purchase. 

Based on the regulations of the e-commerce platform in the country of purchase and the warranty conditions of the manufacturer, there are three possible cases as follows:

1.In case of warranty coverage:

• The product is under warranty.
• The product is warranted according to the provisions of the supplier.
• Please show your warranty card or warranty confirmation email when using warranty service

2.In case of not covered by warranty:

• The product has expired warranty period stated on the warranty card or the warranty card is lost.
• The warranty card does not specify the product code and date of purchase.
• The product number and the Warranty Card do not match or cannot be identified for any reason.
• The product is scratched due to long-term use.
• The product is dented and deformed due to impact.
• The customer tampers with the product's machine or takes it to another place for repair

3.Conditions for exchange or 100% refund:

• The product is defective by the manufacturer upon receipt.
• The product is not the same as the product you ordered on our website.

Note:

• Customers need to return the goods within 7 working days from the time you receive the goods.
• Returned products must be in their original condition, including labels, boxes, and packaging, as when you first received them
