Payment Policy

For customers in Vietnam, there are 4 payment methods you can choose:

Option 1: Payment with Credit Card/MasterCard or Domestic Debit Card

Option 2: Pay with Bank Transfer to bank account of HO VAN VINH according to the following information:

Option 3: Cash on Delivery (COD). Customers can inspect the goods before paying the delivery staff in cash. Please note that there is a limitation on order amount for COD.

Option 4: 

Buy now and pay later with FUNDIIN. Payment is deferred into three periods (payment before the first period, the remaining two periods are paid within 60 days), interest-free, no credit card required, no limit on order value, and automatic approval within a few days. 

Conditions of use: 

• Viettel/Mobifone/Vinaphone sim-card owner
• Vietnamese citizens over 18 years old.

Note:

• Invoice number or phone number must be included in transfer content. If we do not respond or deliver within the agreed timeframe, you may contact our head office and request compensation if you can provide evidence that the delay has impacted your business..
• We offer competitive prices for business and wholesale customers who wish to make bulk purchases. Payment will be made according to the contract.

For customers in Norway, currently you can pay with Credit Card/MasterCard or Domestic Debit Card.
