1.Delivery Methods

PhucMinh.Shop offers two delivery methods:

• Delivering goods directly to PhucMinh.Shop's warehouses in countries where we are present from abroad.
• Delivering goods nationwide in the countries where we are present
• Normally, it takes 2-3 weeks from the date the order is placed or as agreed upon with you

2.Estimated delivery time

As soon as we receive order information, PhucMinh.Shop will process the order within 24 hours, and notify you about payment and delivery. 

It normally takes 2-3 weeks from the date the order is closed or as agreed with you. 

However, delivery can take longer sometimes, but only in the following force majeure situations:

• The shipping address you provided is incorrect or difficult to find.
• The sudden increase in the number of orders caused the processing of orders to be slow.
• Sale partners deliver the goods later than expected causing the delivery to be delayed or the shipping partners deliver the goods slowly.

For shipping charges, PhucMinh.Shop uses an external shipping service and the fees will be calculated based on the location and weight of the parcel. PhucMinh.Shop might contact you to confirm the order and notify you in case of any specific fees.

3.Geographical restrictions on delivery

For provincial customers who need to make bulk or wholesale purchases, PhucMinh.Shop will arrange for delivery through shipping companies and the shipping charges will be calculated based on the fees of the service providers or according to the contractual agreement between the two parties.

Note: In the event of a delay in delivery, we will promptly notify you. You can choose to either cancel your order or continue waiting for the goods.
