1.Return and refund conditions

Please carefully inspect your goods upon receipt. You may exchange or return them at the time of delivery for the following reasons:

• If the type and model of the goods do not match what was ordered or described on the website at the time of purchase

• If the quantity of goods received is less than what was ordered or if the set is incomplete.

• If the external conditions of the goods are affected, such as tearing, peeling, or breaking, etc.

It is the responsibility of the customer to present relevant documents proving the deficiency to complete the return process. 

2.Time limits for Return & Refund

• Please notify us of any missing gifts, accessories, or broken items within 48 hours of receiving the goods for a refund or return.
• The return deadline is within 14 days of receiving the products.
• It takes up to 14 business days for bank to process the refund.
• If you have any comments or complaints related to product quality, please contact our customer service department.
